Uruga 31 Bracelet Model "Stone-clamped (Diamond)" [UG02-M01NWH-SSBD]

Bright dial, steel bracelet, diamonds in the clamps. This URUGA 31 is the dressiest configuration MINASE offers in the size, and it never leaves the collection's own logic.

That logic is the clamping structure. Four voluminously cut clasps hold the case and the crystal in place, faceted individually and arranged around the bezel exactly as prongs are arranged around a stone. Adding diamonds to a watch already built on a jewelry principle reads as an extension of the design rather than an ornament bolted onto it.

The white dial carries the horizontal gradation MINASE takes from the Minase River, and the obliquely cut hour indices, shaped after the front of a kimono, catch the light in turn rather than all together. The sapphire above is slightly curved along its vertical axis, which shows most clearly from the side.

The steel case is 31 by 39 mm and 9.9 mm thick, on a matching bracelet. The self-winding KT8001, a Swiss ETA 2671 and Sellita SW100 base finished and decorated by MINASE, includes a date. Water resistance is 5 atm, meaning rain and splashes.
