Teutonia IV Moonphase — White Dial / Steel Bracelet
White dial, steel bracelet, moon at 6: the plainest-speaking version of the Teutonia IV Moonphase.
Mühle-Glashütte put its first moon phase into the Teutonia IV in 2019 and specified it carefully. A disc close to 10 mm across carries two moon images and completes one rotation every 59 days, with the craters realistically rendered. The result advances the display in one-day steps, which is exactly as much precision as the brand claims for it.
The 195 mm stainless steel bracelet and folding clasp bring the watch to 183 grams over a 41.0 mm case standing 12.6 mm tall and 51.4 mm lug to lug. Blue PVD-coated hands and hand-applied polished indices sit on the finely grained white dial, with the date at 3. Beveled bezel, vertical satin case middle, polished volute-shaped lugs. SW 280-1, Version Mühle automatic, 41 hours, stop-seconds, exhibition caseback, anti-reflective sapphire, 10 bar.
An everyday watch with a complication that rewards a second look.
Perfect for: steel bracelet complication watches, white dial automatic buyers, moon phase watch shoppers.
