SEVEN WINDOWS "YUKI-HIRA Dial" Rubber model [VM15-RBKYGR-SSD]

Deep green, black rubber, mirror-polished steel. The SEVEN WINDOWS in this configuration is the most casual version of a watch that is anything but casually made.

MINASE describes the YUKI-HIRA dial as reminiscent of a snowfield, and forms it by electroforming rather than printing so that the hammered pattern is relief rather than image. Green takes the idea somewhere darker: at a low angle the field lifts and pales, and head on it closes back into a single deep tone.

Surrounding it is the case-in-case structure the collection is built on. The movement and the three-dimensional dial live in an inner case, the hour markers sit on a ring above, and the outer case wraps the lot with six faceted sapphire panes and a crown split into two on the flank, seven windows in total.

The steel case measures 37.4 by 46.5 mm and 13 mm thick with the crystal, and the black rubber strap brings it to about 98 grams. The self-winding KT7002 with date is a Swiss ETA 2892 and Sellita SW300 base, finished and decorated in MINASE's own workshop. Rated 5 atm.
