Sternglas launched in 2016 with a straightforward argument: good watch design should not be reserved for people who can already afford it. The NAOS is where that argument is made most directly, a Bauhaus-inspired dial reduced to indices, hands and a date in a slim polished case. The NAOS PRO takes the same dial and gives it a mechanical heart.

This alabaster dial is framed by a 38 mm polished 316L stainless steel case and covered by a domed sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective coating. Inside is a Miyota 9015 automatic, the date sits on the dial, and the watch is rated to 5 bar. The black Bridle leather strap, 20 mm at the lugs, draws a hard border around the pale dial and keeps the watch on the formal side of casual.
