Marus is the dive-style corner of a brand otherwise known for reduced, Bauhaus-inspired dials. It is engineered for water: a screw-down crown, double gaskets, 20 bar of water resistance, and a screw-in caseback carrying an engraved blue whale. The Küste edition takes its name from the German word for coast.

The 42 mm stainless steel case carries a unidirectional 60-minute bezel and a domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides. Timekeeping comes from a Seiko/TMI NH35A automatic running at 21,600 vibrations per hour with around 41 hours in reserve and a date window at six. Dual-tone Super-LumiNova covers the hands, indices and bezel, so the watch stays readable well after sunset.
