A steel bezel on a 40 mm case is a different proposition from a steel bezel on a 45 mm one. There is less of it, and it reads as trim rather than armour.
The GM-S2110SR is a mid-size metal-clad model in G-SHOCK's 2100 Series: a stainless steel bezel over a resin and bio-based resin case, on a band made from biomass plastics. At 40.5 mm across, 11 mm deep and 56 grams, it is the smallest steel-bezelled octagon in the line.
Pink across the face against a black band, in a case 45.9 by 40.5 mm. Two hands sit over a small LCD with Neobrite on the markers. Module 5730 covers world time, a stopwatch, a countdown timer, alarms and a full auto-calendar, on a three-year cell. 200 m water resistant.
The steel keeps it from being sweet and the size keeps it from being heavy. A rare combination.
