The GM-H5600 is the activity model in G-SHOCK's 5600 Series, metal-clad with a stainless steel bezel over a resin case. It carries an optical heart rate sensor, step tracking, world time and moon phase, and charges from light or from a dedicated USB cable. This reference wears the bezel in gold rather than bare steel.
Gold bezel over a black case and a band made from biomass plastics, in a case 51.5 by 44 mm and 16.5 mm deep at 63 grams. Module 3577 links to the CASIO WATCHES app over Bluetooth for time and data, and adds a stopwatch, countdown timer, alarms and a full auto-calendar. 200 m water resistant.
Loud for a fitness watch and restrained for a gold one. It lands somewhere no other square does.
