Edition Neo Strauss – light blue

A light blue dial structured like moving water, and a silver portrait of the man who wrote the most famous waltz ever composed about a river.

The MeisterSinger Edition Johann Strauss Neo marks the 200th birthday of Johann Strauss II, the Austrian composer known as the Waltz King. His likeness appears in silver above 6 o'clock, and the dial's wave structure is a direct reference to The Blue Danube. Applied silver numerals sit above it in the brand's continuous double-digit style, and the caseback is engraved to match the theme.

This is the smaller of the two Strauss editions, built on the 36 mm Neo case with 18 mm lugs and a cognac leather strap, rated to 5 bar. A modified Sellita SW200 automatic turns the single needle hand for 38 hours, with no date to break up the dial. The edition is limited to 75 pieces and was released in 2025.

At 36 mm it is the more discreet interpretation of the theme, well suited to smaller wrists and to anyone who would rather the reference be noticed than announced.
