29er Chronograph — White Dial / Stone Gray Canvas
Stone gray canvas beneath a white dial is the quiet way to wear a chronograph. Nothing on this one competes for attention except the counters, which is exactly the point Mühle-Glashütte tends to make.
The 29er Chronograph tops a family developed in 2006 and named for the 29er sailing dinghy, the class young sailors pass through before the Olympic 49er. Where the rest of the range uses Sellita bases reworked in Glashütte, this model runs the MU 9413, a caliber of Mühle's own design built on a Swiss base and heavily reworked, with a 62-hour reserve and the Glashütte three-quarter plate visible through the back.
The white dial carries applied indices, Super-LumiNova, small seconds and a date at four, with a finely divided scale on the inner flange that resolves to one eighth of a second. The steel case is 42.4 mm across, 14.2 mm high and 49 mm lug to lug, worn here on 22 mm stone gray canvas with a pin buckle. Anti-reflective sapphire and a screw-down crown take it to 10 bar.
Neutral enough for daily rotation, precise enough to justify the extra millimeters of height.
Perfect for: understated chronograph buyers, gray strap minimalists, everyday chronograph wear.
