29er — Black Dial / Steel Bracelet
A black dial above a steel bracelet is the most conventional thing the 29er does, and the hardest to get wrong. Mühle-Glashütte manages it by leaving the dial alone: applied indices, luminous hands, one date window, nothing else.
Named for the 29er sailing dinghy that carries young crews toward the Olympic 49er, the model has been Mühle's introduction to Glashütte watchmaking since 2006. Maritime by temperament and sober by design, it skips the rotating bezel that most sporty watches insist on.
The case is stainless steel, 36.6 mm in diameter and 10.4 mm thick, water resistant to 10 bar, with a screw-down crown and an exhibition caseback. The bracelet is 190 mm with a folding clasp. Inside, the SW 200-1, Version Mühle: 41 hours of reserve, stop-seconds, a date at 3 o'clock, and a bidirectional Mühle rotor riding a ball bearing, visible whenever you turn the watch over.
Complete as bought. Nothing to add, nothing to swap.
Perfect for: black dial steel bracelet watches, daily-wear German automatics, compact sports-classic watches.
