Teutonia Sport II "Racing Green" — Black and Green Dial / Black Calf Leather

The name comes from British racing color, but look closely at the Teutonia Sport II "Racing Green": the dial is black, and the green is a raised outer ring around it.

That ring carries the applied indices, and light green picks out the date arrow, the seconds hand and the flange. It is a more disciplined use of color than "green dial" suggests, and this is a permanent part of Mühle-Glashütte's motorsport line rather than a limited run.

The complication is the date: a semi-circular aperture at 3 o'clock showing yesterday, today and tomorrow, balanced by small seconds at 9. The steel case measures 41.6 mm across, 12.8 mm high and 51.4 mm lug to lug, with screwed strap-attachment bridges and black calfskin stitched in green on a steel pin buckle. Applied indices and hands carry Super-LumiNova. The SW 290-1, Version Mühle automatic runs 41 hours with the patented woodpecker neck fine regulation and Mühle's own riveted rotor, visible through the exhibition caseback.
