NAOS XS Edition mother of pearl white silver / Classic 16 camel

Camel leather and mother-of-pearl is a warmer conversation than most white dials manage. The Sternglas NAOS XS Edition Mother of Pearl gets its light from the shell itself, not from print.

Sternglas built this edition on a genuine mother-of-pearl dial, cut from natural shell, which means the iridescence shifts with the angle of your wrist and no two examples are quite identical. It was also the first Naos XS to carry Luminova, so the watch stays readable once the light that makes the dial interesting has gone.

The case is 33 mm of polished steel with a silver-tone finish and 16 mm lugs, sized for slimmer wrists. Timekeeping comes from a Ronda 784, a Swiss quartz caliber, with a date window. Domed sapphire with double anti-reflective coating sits over the dial and the watch is rated to 5 ATM. Here it is fitted to the Klassik 16 leather strap in camel, a tan that picks up the shell's warmer tones.

Quietly luxurious rather than loud, it is a small watch with a natural material doing the work.
