NAOS XS Edition mother of pearl dark blue gold / Classic 16 white

White leather makes the gold case louder and the dark blue shell dial deeper. It is the highest-contrast build of the Sternglas NAOS XS Edition Mother of Pearl, and it wears like a summer dress watch.

Sternglas designs in Hamburg and takes its cues from modernist thinking, chiefly the maxim that form follows function, coined by Louis Sullivan in 1896 and later central to Bauhaus teaching. On the Naos that means a dial with nothing surplus. This edition then swaps the usual dial base for genuine mother-of-pearl, and added Luminova to the Naos XS for the first time.

Dimensions stay compact: 33 mm diameter, 16 mm lugs, polished gold-tone case. A Ronda 784 Swiss quartz movement runs the hands and date. The crystal is domed sapphire with double anti-reflective coating; water resistance is 5 ATM. The Klassik 16 leather strap comes in white.
