Reduction is the Naos governing principle at Sternglas: sans-serif markers, hands, date and nothing else on the dial. Filling that emptiness with a natural material rather than a color is what this edition is for. The dial is genuine mother-of-pearl, and this was the first Naos XS to include Luminova.

The case runs 33 mm across, with 16 mm lugs and a polished gold-tone finish. Inside is a Ronda 784 Swiss quartz caliber with a date window. Domed sapphire with double anti-reflective coating covers the dial, and the watch is rated to 5 ATM. The Klassik 16 leather strap in sage gives the gold case a muted, botanical counterweight.
