NAOS XS Edition Elyra silver silver / Classic 16 white

White leather against a silver sunray dial produces something unusually clean, almost clinical, and entirely intentional. This is the brightest configuration of the Sternglas NAOS XS Edition Elyra.

Sternglas designs in Hamburg and has done since 2016, working from a small set of modernist convictions: clarity, geometric discipline, sans-serif type, and dials stripped of anything decorative. Elyra carries those into a 33 mm case, tone-matching each sunray dial to its case metal, with a caseback engraving of two magpies and a harp that points back to the Lyra of Greek myth.

The watch is 33 mm across with 16 mm lugs and a polished silver-tone case. A Miyota GL12 quartz caliber runs the hands and a date window. The crystal is domed sapphire, double anti-reflective coated, and water resistance is 5 ATM. The classic 16 leather strap in white completes a watch with almost no visual weight to it.
