NAOS XS Edition Elyra gold gold / Classic 16 white

Gold and white leather is a warm-weather combination, and it makes the smallest Sternglas look smaller still.

Sternglas has worked from Hamburg since 2016, and the Naos XS is its 33 mm case, built for wrists the standard Naos overhangs. The Edition Elyra was the first time that case appeared as a straightforward three-hand watch, with a sunray dial finished to match the polished case tone. Turn it over and the caseback shows two magpies and a harp, a reference to the Lyra of Greek myth.

This gold-on-gold example uses a Miyota GL12 quartz movement with a date, under a double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both faces. Water resistance is 5 bar, lug width 16 mm, and the classic leather strap is white.

Bright, small and deliberately decorative, it suits a wrist that already wears gold and wants the watch to agree with it.
