NAOS XS Automatic silver / Classic 16 white

White leather on a steel case is the lightest the Naos XS Automatik gets, visually and in the way it wears.

Sternglas, founded in Hamburg in 2016, uses the Naos to make its clearest design statement: high-contrast markers, slim hands, a date, and no ornament that fails to help you read the time. The XS Automatik brings that dial to 33 mm and, less commonly at this size, gives it a self-winding movement.

The case is silver-toned, 33 mm across, on 16 mm lugs. Its Miyota 6T15 automatic runs at 28,800 vibrations an hour and can be wound by hand, and the glass caseback secured by six screws lets you watch it do so. Double-domed sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective coating, 5 bar. The strap is a white Klassik 16 in leather.

Crisp, small and bright, it is the version to reach for when the rest of the outfit is already doing the talking.
