Reduction is easy on a three-hand watch and difficult on a GMT, where an extra indication has to be added to a layout built on leaving things out. Sternglas, designing in Hamburg since 2016, has spent its whole existence on that problem, and the Naos is the line where the discipline is tightest. This is the version where the formula gets properly tested.

The dark blue dial reads navy in daylight and close to black indoors, set in a polished 316L stainless steel case of 38 mm with 20 mm lugs. An automatic movement runs the hands and the date beneath a domed sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective coating, and water resistance is 5 bar. It comes on a black Bridle leather strap, which leaves the blue as the only color in play.
