Sternglas designs the Naos around subtraction, so a moonphase is a real departure for the line. The NAOS Moonphase adds a lunar display to the family's spare, high-contrast dial and keeps everything else in place: sans-serif type, fine markers, a date, nothing decorative.

Here the midnight blue dial sits in a 38 mm polished stainless steel case with 20 mm lugs, fitted to a Bridle leather strap in black. The all-dark treatment is the most formal way to wear this watch, and it lets the moon indication be the only bright element on the dial. A quartz movement runs the time, date and moonphase; a double-domed sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective coating covers the dial; and the case is rated to 5 bar.
