NAOS Edition Heritage white gold / SuperSlim 20 gold (mat)

Two gold finishes on one watch: high polish on the case, matte on the bracelet. The contrast is subtle and does more than a third color would.

The Naos is Sternglas's core line and its most reduced design; the NAOS Edition Heritage adds a gold case to it for the first time, in polished PVD gold with gold hands, and marks the caseback with a globe and a writing quill in tribute to twentieth-century exploration.

This version pairs the white dial with the SuperSlim bracelet in matte gold, a 316L stainless steel band 2.2 mm thick fitted with a brushed steel clasp, at 20 mm lug width. The 38 mm case carries a double-domed sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective coating over a quartz movement with a date and is rated to 5 bar.

The result is bright but not shiny, and slim enough that a shirt cuff passes straight over it. Good for someone who wants gold without the glare.
