NAOS Edition Aventurin dark green gold / Bridle 20 black

Green aventurine reads almost black in shadow, then opens into a field of tiny lights the moment it catches a window.

The NAOS Edition Aventurin is Sternglas's material experiment on its core line. Rather than adding elements to the famously reduced Naos dial, the brand swapped the dial's substance for aventurine glass, which holds fine metallic flecks in suspension so the surface changes with every angle.

This is the gold-toned version: a dark green aventurine dial in a 38 mm case with gold-tone finishing and 20 mm lugs, mounted on a Bridle leather strap in black. The black leather stops the gold from tipping into ornament and keeps the watch grounded. Under a double-domed sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective coating sits a quartz movement with a date, and the case carries 5 bar water resistance.

Green and gold is the richer of the two Aventurin colorways, and this strap is the version that still works with a dark suit.
