Sternglas made its name on Bauhaus-inspired restraint, and the NAOS Edition Aventurin bends that rule in one direction only. The layout stays reduced, with baton markers, sans-serif type and a single date aperture, but the dial itself is aventurine glass, flecked with metallic particles that glitter when light hits at an angle and go quiet when it doesn't.

Here the dark blue Naos dial is framed by a polished 38 mm stainless steel case and carried on a SuperSlim bracelet in silver, a 316L steel band just 2.2 mm thick with a brushed steel clasp and 20 mm lug width. The dial is protected by a double-domed sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective coating, driven by a quartz movement with date, and the case is rated to 5 bar.

All-steel keeps it cool and formal, which throws the dial's warmth of texture into relief. A clean choice for daily wear.
