NAOS Edition 1905 dark green bronze / Field 20 forest green
Dark green over bronze, on green nylon. This is the one Naos that looks like it was made for a coat pocket rather than a shirt cuff.
The Sternglas NAOS Edition 1905 marks the year Hamburg's Speicherstadt warehouse district was completed, and the whole watch is built around that reference. The satin dark green dial sits in a brushed PVD bronze case, the hands are bronze with signal-orange accents, and the caseback is engraved with the Wasserschloss, the small turreted building that anchors the district's canals.
The case measures 38 mm with 20 mm lugs, and behind its double-domed sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective coating runs a Japanese Miyota GR12 quartz movement with a date and roughly a three-year battery interval. Water resistance is 5 bar. The Field strap in forest green is nylon, 1.5 mm thin, and fits Sternglas's tool-free quick-change system, so swapping it takes seconds.
Light, tonal and slightly outdoorsy, it works for someone who wants the reduced Naos dial without the formality.
Perfect for: green dial watch enthusiasts, nylon strap everyday wear, Hamburg heritage edition buyers.
