The NAOS Big Date is the version of the Sternglas flagship where the calendar gets the space it deserves. Founded in Hamburg in 2016, the brand takes its name from Stern and Glas, star and glass, a reference to the sapphire crystal at the center of every model, and the Naos is the design where it strips a dial furthest back.

The alabaster dial sits in a 38 mm stainless steel case with a silver-tone polish, on the SuperSlim bracelet: 316L steel, 2.2 mm thick, with a brushed 316L clasp. A quartz movement keeps it running and the date turning. Above the dial is double-domed sapphire with anti-reflective coating on both faces, and the watch carries 5 bar of water resistance on 20 mm lugs.
