The NAOS Big Date is the Sternglas core model with its date display scaled up. The Hamburg brand, founded in 2016, draws the Naos on Bauhaus-inspired lines: high contrast, sans-serif type, and only the information you actually need. Enlarging the date is a legibility decision, not a decorative one.

The dial here is alabaster, a pale warm off-white rather than a stark one, in a 38 mm stainless steel case with a silver-tone finish. It runs on a quartz movement, so it keeps time without winding or regular wear. The strap is Bridle leather in black with a silver buckle, 20 mm at the lugs. Double-domed sapphire with anti-reflective coating on both faces protects the dial, and the watch is rated to 5 bar.

Quiet, accurate and easy to read at a glance. A sensible everyday watch for someone who checks the date more often than the time.
