NAOS Automatic dark green bronze / Vintage 20 mocha

Dark green and mocha brown is a combination borrowed from country tailoring, where nobody has ever worried about matching a metal to a leather.

The watch underneath is the Sternglas NAOS Automatik. Naos is the Hamburg brand's core line and its most reduced design, and the Automatik version adds a self-winding movement behind an exhibition caseback. It was given an iF Design Award in 2020.

The dial is dark green in a 38 mm stainless steel case finished in bronze, on a Vintage-line leather strap in mocha at 20 mm. A Miyota 8215 automatic runs beneath, storing 42 hours and beating 21,600 times an hour, with a date and hacking seconds. The caseback is glass, held by six screws. Double-domed sapphire with double anti-reflective coating covers the dial, and the watch is rated to 5 bar.

The warmest configuration in the dark green family, and the one that will age most gracefully alongside a leather bag.
