Lunova Lady — Slate Gray Dial / Stone Gray Juchten

Slate gray, and nothing else. Mühle-Glashütte's stated aim for the Lunova Lady was to keep color out of the argument so the person wearing it leads.

Lunova is the brand's dress line, named from Latin lumen and novus, light and new, for the amount of polished surface on the case. Mühle is blunt about small watches generally: even its more delicate models are not there solely for decoration. This is a full mechanical watch, scaled down.

The polished steel case measures 35.0 mm across and 9.6 mm tall, 43.6 mm lug to lug, rated to 10 bar with an exhibition caseback. The slate gray gradient dial carries applied hour markers and bright nickel-plated hands. Date at 3 o'clock, central seconds, and the SW 200-1 Version Mühle automatic with 41 hours of reserve, the patented woodpecker neck regulation and stop-seconds. Stone gray leather, 18 mm, on a steel pin buckle.

Small proportions, no ornament, and a movement you can watch through the back. It fits a slimmer wrist without being talked down to.
