LUMATIK light blue silver / Premium 20 dark brown

Dark brown leather gives the LUMATIK's pale blue dial something to push against. In daylight it is a dress watch. After dark it is an instrument.

The LUMATIK line exists because Sternglas's customers asked for a watch built around legibility in the dark. The Hamburg brand answered with two-tone Luminova, white and orange, separating hands from indices at night, and the design collected a German Design Award in 2025.

Under double-domed sapphire, coated against reflections on both faces, sits a light blue dial with silver-tone hands and a date at six. The 38 mm stainless steel case measures 43 mm lug to lug and takes 20 mm straps; here it wears Premium leather in dark brown. The Miyota 8315 automatic runs 60 hours off a full wind, hacks for precise setting, and can be wound by hand. The screwed glass caseback shows striped decoration on the bridge above a skeletonized rotor. Water resistance is 5 bar.

It is the most classical-looking of the LUMATIK configurations, and the one least likely to give away how much lume it is hiding.
