The GM-5600BWD is a metal-clad 5600 Series model, a stainless steel bezel over a resin case on a band of biomass plastics. The 5600 outline is the one G-SHOCK has used since 1983, so a graduated colour treatment is the only thing that changes between releases at this level.
Black through blue to light blue across the case and band, in a case 49.6 by 43.2 mm and 12.9 mm deep at 73 grams. Super Illuminator backlight with afterglow. Module 3525 gives a 1/100-second stopwatch, a countdown timer, an alarm and a full auto-calendar, on a five-year battery. 200 m water resistant.
The most colourful metal-clad square in the line, and it shifts noticeably depending on the light.
