The GG-1000 is a MUDMASTER, part of G-SHOCK's Master of G family, where each line is built for one environment rather than for general toughness. Mud resistance here means protected button structures and a case designed to keep grit out of the moving parts, alongside the usual shock resistance.
Black across the case and band, in a case 56.2 by 55.3 mm and 17.3 mm deep at 94 grams, with a steel-reinforced resin construction. Module 5476 carries a twin sensor for compass bearing and temperature, world time across 31 zones, a stopwatch, a countdown timer and alarms, on a two-year battery. Neobrite on the hands and markers. 200 m water resistant.
