The GBM-2100A is the solar and Bluetooth version of G-SHOCK's metal-clad 2100 Series. Bio-based resin case, stainless steel bezel, band made from biomass plastics. Tough Solar keeps it charged from any light it sees, and mobile link hands timekeeping to the CASIO WATCHES app, so the watch corrects itself instead of drifting between manual settings.
The face runs blue, light blue and silver, on a black band, in a case 49.3 by 44.4 mm and 11.9 mm deep at 72 grams. Two hands sit over the digital display with a hand shift feature to clear them, Neobrite on the markers, double LED for both halves. Module 5729 gives world time across 38 zones, a stopwatch, a countdown timer and alarms, and holds fifteen seconds a month unlinked. 200 m water resistant.
