MINASE makes its watches from hand-crafted components and builds them essentially to order, which is why an order can involve a wait. The company’s position is that this kind of finishing can be achieved only by hand and not through mass production, and it applies to details most owners never see: the inner case, the index ring fastened over the curved dial, the cross-sections of parts that only ever meet other parts.

Reference VM14-RBKNWH-SSD pairs the solid white dial with a black rubber strap at around 91 g. The DIVIDO case-in-case measures 40.6 by 40.6 mm and 11 mm thick including the sapphire crystal, and the movement is the self-winding caliber KT7002 with date, a Swiss ETA 2892 / Sellita SW300 base that MINASE finishes and decorates. Water resistance is 5 atm, covering rain and splashes.

Clean, legible, and unusually light for a watch with this much case to it.
