DIVIDO Rubber Model [VM14-RBKGIB-SSD]

MINASE named exactly one DIVIDO dial, and this is it. The DIVIDO ICE BLUE is pale and luminous, brightening toward the middle until it reads less like a color than like a light source, and against black rubber the contrast is sharper still.

The dial is grown, not printed. MINASE forms it by electroforming to render yukihira, a traditional Japanese hammered pattern whose surface breaks light the way a snowfield does. In Akita, where the workshop sits under deep winter snow, that is a local observation rather than a marketing one.

Reference VM14-RBKGIB-SSD mounts the ice blue dial on a black rubber strap for a total of roughly 91 g. The case-in-case runs 40.6 mm wide and 40.6 mm tall, 11 mm thick with the sapphire crystal included, and the movement is the self-winding caliber KT7002 with date, a Swiss ETA 2892 / Sellita SW300 base finished and decorated by MINASE. Water resistance is 5 atm, meaning rain and splashes rather than swimming.

One of the lightest ways to wear this case, and the easiest in summer.
