BERLIN Automatic sepia gold / Milanaise 20 gold

The BERLIN line commemorates the 1846 railway between Hamburg and Berlin, with Hamburg's Berliner Bahnhof, the terminus in service from 1857 to 1903, engraved on the screwed caseback. Sternglas has designed in Hamburg since 2016, and the dial follows the Bauhaus habit of showing only what needs showing.

The sepia dial and gold hands live in a 38 mm gold-tone stainless steel case, over an automatic movement with a date display, under double-domed sapphire with anti-reflective coating on both faces. Water resistance is 5 bar. The Milanaise bracelet is 316L Milanese mesh in a matching gold finish, 2.5 mm thick and 20 mm at the lugs, with a sliding clasp that adjusts to the millimeter.
